This was a great tour by Magical Mumbai Tours. It was nice to see most of the sites in Mumbai over two days. The guides, Neha and Pooja and driver Sultan were all professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The timing worked out well and overall just a good time. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We had a 2-day private tour covering the Elephanta caves tour, sightseeing tour, religious tour and Shopping/markets tour. The planning and organization was professional. Our guide Sahil was very nice, highly knowledgable and experienced, though on Elephanta the tour included an excellent local guide. The overall tour was amazing. With Sahil you are in good company. He did everything to get the maximum out of the program. The separate driver was excellent as well, with pick-up and drop-off at our hotel.
The best experience during these two days was the visit to Dharavi slums with Varsha. She is a great guide and a very kind, charismatic , always smiling person. She did her best to show us different dimensions of slums’ functioning and life of people there. She was also very patient responding to all our questions and requests. Also a tour in Mumbai on the first day with a very good guide and driver was excellent. We were less happy about the guides in Elephanta and Golden Temple, but the places themselves were worth visiting. There were also some misunderstandings regarding the schedule on the second day – you can’t assume that WhatsApp is the universal way of communication … we don’t use WhatsApp and had to make numerous telephone calls to find out what our programem would be… unnecessary waste of time, money and nerves. But all in all this trip was very interesting
